
Electric & Natural Gas Aggregation
On November 3, 2020, the Village of Williamsburg voters passed Electric & Natural Gas Aggregation which authorizes the Village to form a governmental Electric aggregation program for the purchase of electric on behalf of the Village residents. The Village will submit its Plan of Operation and Governance to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) pursuant to PUCO Regulation and Ohio law. The Village shall develop an opt-out aggregation program following the procedures set forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 4928.20.

How to reserve a shelter?
Visit the park webpage to download the reservation form. Visit our calendar to confirm the shelter is not already reserved. Submit your reservation and payment. Once payment has been received you are all set. Please call (513) 724-6107 with any questions.

How to pay court costs online?
Payments are accepted over the phone, in drop box and online. Mayor’s Court is now able to accept some payments online. Visit the Mayor’s Court webpage or feel free to call the Mayor’s Court Clerk with any questions about your payment options at (513) 724-6107.

Do I need a permit?
Are you planning on starting a project in 2021? Zoning permits are required for most projects including fence, shed, swimming pools, etc. Please review the section 4.09 for accessory buildings, section 4.18 for swimming pools, section 23.0 for fence guidelines and restrictions identified in the Zoning Code. Contact the Village to discuss the zoning permit for your project.

Cancelled - Christmas Walk
Bring your family and friends to downtown Williamsburg to celebrate the Christmas season with the Trains of Williamsburg. Visitors will be able to enjoy the petting zoo, train displays, shopping, food, holiday music and lights. Christmas Walk is scheduled for Friday, December 4th from 5-9 PM. Property Code Enforcement
The Village Housing Code that defines minimum standards for the maintenance and upkeep of all structures and yard areas within the municipal corporation of the Village. A complete copy of the Housing Code is available below.

Storage of Boats, Campers, Trailers etc.
Outdoor parking and storage of any trailer, camper, recreational vehicle, boat or similar motorized vehicle shall be restricted to parking in the rear of the lot of the yard from November 1st to March 31st. Call the Mayor’s Court Clerk with any questions at (513) 724-6107.

Do I need a Zoning Permit?
Zoning Permits are issued by the Village of Williamsburg for projects, such as fences, detached garages, decks, sheds, swimming pools, etc., that are clearly compliant with the Village Zoning Code.
Zoning permits are also required for home businesses. Please review Section 4.16 Home Occupations for guidelines and restrictions identified in the Zoning Code.

Rumpke
Earlier this year, Village Council approved a 5-year contract with Rumpke for waste collection services which will begin on July 1, 2020. Rumpke will continue to pick up trash on Tuesdays throughout the contract. The new rate on your utility bill for waste collection will be $13.95 per unit per month..

2020 Census Information

Browse, shop, and purchase impound and surplus items posted by the Village and other government agencies. The site is an auction site and lists everything from A-Z ranging from automobiles to woodworking equipment. GovDeals provides services to government agencies so that the agencies can sell surplus and confiscated items via the Internet.

Masks Required in Community Building
On July 13th, masks will be required to conduct business at the Community Building. Free resuable, cloth masks are available while supplies last. The masks are provided by Clermont County EMA, Clermont County Public Health, and the Public Safety Partners of Clermont County.

New Online Payment System
The Village of Williamsburg is pleased to announce the launch of its new online billing and payment service through Invoice Cloud, offering customers greater flexibility to view and pay their utility bills online. Additionally, customers will have more choices to pay their bill, including by phone and by text. Click the online payments link for more information.
