Each shelter has picnic tables, trash cans and grills. Shelter #1 can seat over 120 visitors. Shelter #2 can seat up to 64 visitors. The cost to reserve each shelter is $75.00 per day for village residents and $125 per day for non residents.<\/p>\n<p>Both a completed reservation form and payment must be received to reserve the shelters.\u00a0 To determine availability, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/williamsburgohio.org\/index.php\/calendar\/\">Village Calendar<\/a> or call the Village of Williamsburg at (513) 724-6107.\u00a0 Please note that shelter reservations are not guaranteed until a completed form and payment have been received.<\/p>\n<p>To reserve the shelters for your next event, download the <a href=\"https:\/\/williamsburgohio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Williamsburg-Admin_20250703_110352-1.pdf\">Park Shelter Use Agreement<\/a>\u00a0and submit with payment to the Village of Williamsburg.\u00a0 Payment may be made by cash, check, money order. Third<\/li>\n<li>Williamsburg \u201cOld\u201d High School at 549 W Main<\/li>\n<li>Community Parking Lot at 285 W.
